Provide children with the following materials along with scissors and glue

1x Red Brenex Circle
2x Yellow Brenex Circles
1x Black Brenex Triangle
1x Brown Brenex Triangle
1x Red Brenex Triangle

Fold the red circle in half and glue it to one of the yellow circles.
Cut the red triangle in half.
Fold the halved triangle in half, and glue to the second yellow circle.
Attach the two circles together forming a head and a body.
Cut some hair/feathers from the other half of the red triangle, and glue to the bird’s head.
Cut a small circle, a larger circle and eyelashes from the black triangle. Stick the smaller circle to the white side of the larger circle for an eye. Attach the eye to the bird’s head, and glue the eyelashes on top.
Cut the brown triangle in half, and then in half again. These two smaller triangles are the bird’s feet. Glue them to the bottom of the bird’s body. Students can get creative using different colours and embellishments to decorate their bird.
